Delhi's Patiala House Court rejected the regular bail plea of former MD of Jaypee Infratech Manoj Gaur. Earlier, the court had granted him interim bail on humanitarian grounds due to his elderly mother's illness and asked him to furnish two sureties. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in November last year in a money laundering case.
