Indian stocks tank, wipe out ₹5,70,262 crore investor wealth

Sensex ended in the red on Monday after recording a nearly 2,500-point jump in the previous week, while Nifty also ended in the red after rising 625 points. Sensex closed below 74,000 as it fell nearly 900 points, and Nifty closed below 23,000 after falling over 250 points. The rout wiped out investor wealth worth ₹5,70,262 crore in a day.
