Ceat CEO Arnab Banerjee said the tyre manufacturing company has introduced freight surcharges in overseas markets amid rising logistic costs driven by West Asia war. "We've [hiked] prices 3 to 5%…The [price] pass-through will happen through...April, May, and June with a lag," Banerjee said. The depreciation of the rupee against the dollar is hurting raw material imports, he added.
