Unacademy has initiated the process of doing an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) buyback of ₹50 crores, CEO Gaurav Munjal said. Under the programme, eight employees are set to receive over ₹1 crore each, 17 employees will receive over ₹50 lakh, and 38 employees will get over ₹10 lakh, Munjal said.
