Delhi recorded its highest maximum temperature of the season so far on Sunday at 41.1°C, which is two notches above the normal, PTI reported citing the India Meteorological Department. The previous highest maximum temperature of 40.5°C was reported on April 27 in the national capital. Notably, Delhi's Sports Complex station reported a maximum temperature of 44°C on Sunday.
