Meta has again started poaching employees as it began work on an unknown AI gadget, Business Insider reported. It's hiring Rui Xu, who headed hardware at AI agent startup Dreamer, whose founding team Meta acquired last month, to lead Meta Superintelligence Lab. Meta has transferred some Reality Labs engineers to MSL to prototype the latter's software on the former's hardware.
