Residential property prices along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway surged 225% between 2021 and 2025, posing an affordability challenge for buyers, according to PropEquity. Average prices rose from ₹6,600 to ₹21,500 per sq ft. Meanwhile, Gurugram emerged as India's largest market by residential launch value in 2025, with 23,809 units launched worth ₹1.38 lakh crore.
