A speeding car hit and killed a woman as she was crossing the road in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi. The 54-year-old woman was dragged 100 feet by the car after it hit her. The accident took place when the woman and her husband were crossing the road to return home after visiting a relative in the hospital.
