Meta acquired humanoid robotics startup Assured Robot Intelligence (ARI) for an undisclosed sum. The startup, founded in 2025, is developing AI models for robots to enable them to understand, predict, and adapt to human behaviours in complex environments. ARI's team, including its Co-founders, will join Meta's Superintelligence Labs research division to push the tech giant's humanoid AI ambitions.
