Heavy rain triggers landslide in Sikkim

Heavy rain triggered a major landslide in the Rimbi area of Sikkim's Gyalshing district on Thursday night. The landslide sent mud, rocks, and debris rushing down the hillsides into the settlement, damaging more than 30 houses. "The government stands firmly with the people of Rimbi during this difficult time," CM Prem Singh Tamang said.
