Amid US-Iran war, Dubai may be left with only around 10 days of food supplies, Swiss broadcaster SRF reported, citing an analyst. Around 70% of food supplies for Gulf region pass through Strait of Hormuz, the waterway which was closed by Iran since the day war began. Strait of Hormuz is responsible for transportation of one-fifth of global oil supply.
