Luxury carmaker Porsche will cut over 9,000 jobs by 2035, reducing around one in every five positions amid weak demand. The company has decided to cut another 5,000 jobs following a first package of 3,900 job cuts agreed in February 2025 and another 500 announced this year. The restructuring comes as Volkswagen and other German automakers face rising Chinese competition.
