Zomato bans dishes made with dairy substitutes, asks restaurants to switch or delist

Eternal-owned Zomato has banned dishes sold by restaurants that are made with analogue dairy products designed to mimic real dairy. It has already removed dishes declared by restaurants as containing analogue dairy, citing the need for greater transparency and food quality. Restaurants must switch to natural dairy or remove such items from their menus immediately.
