Speaking to the Indian diaspora in Germany, PM Narendra Modi said the spirit of innovation is evident in India with a unicorn startup (which has $1 billion valuation or above) coming up in the country every 10 days. "There was a time when India was nowhere in the race of startups. Today, we are the third-largest startup ecosystem," he added.
