Congress MP Rahul Gandhi addressed an event on the occasion of the Constitution Day on Tuesday in Delhi. During his address, he showed a copy of the Constitution, saying, "This is India's Constitution and I guarantee you, [PM] Narendra Modi...hasn't read it." He added, "Had [PM Modi] read this book, he wouldn't be doing what he has been doing everyday."
