A 21-year-old employee shared a post saying manager scolded them for using phone after finishing work early. The manager asked employee if all work had been completed and, when confirmed, instructed the employee to ask for more tasks. The manager also asked senior staff to check what everyone was doing. "This is how bosses are trained," a user said.
