Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has honoured late actress Sridevi by naming a junction in Lokhandwala Complex as 'Sridevi Kapoor Chowk'. She lived on the same road at the Green Acres tower and her funeral procession had also passed through the area. The decision was reportedly taken after the requests of residents. Sridevi passed away in February 2018 in Dubai.
