Junaid Malik, a volunteer who provided free food at the Cockroach Janta Party-led protest, has moved Supreme Court over his alleged illegal detainment and coercive action against his family by the police. The plea claims police targeted him after his work at Jantar Matar brought him media attention. He also claimed police picked up his father, father-in-law and brother-in-law.
