Employee attrition in India rose to 18% in 2026 from 16.2% in 2025, as companies reshaped workforces amid growing AI adoption and demand for specialised skills. Attrition stood at 17.1% in 2024, according to Aon Plc's latest salary and turnover survey. The study analysed more than 1,200 organisations across 45 industries.
