MVA mayor won't be elected anywhere: Maha BJP chief on local polls

Ahead of local elections in Maharashtra, the state's BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule asserted that no mayor from the Maha Vikas Aghadi's (MVA) mayor would be elected anywhere in the state as they have shrunk significantly in size. Notably, the MVA won a total of 46 seats out of 288 seats in the recently-held state Assembly elections.
