West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s income has increased by nearly 50% over the last five years, according to her election affidavit. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief’s annual income was ₹23,21,570 in 2024-25, compared to ₹15,47,845 in 2020-21. Mamata filed her nomination from the Bhabanipur Assembly constituency in South Kolkata on Wednesday for the upcoming state Assembly elections.
