AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal announced Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Samman Scholarship for Dalit students ahead of Delhi assembly elections amid row over Home Minister Amit Shah's remarks on Ambedkar in parliament. The scholarship will fund Dalit students' education, travel and lodging after securing admission to a university in India or abroad. "AAP aims to honour struggles of Dr Ambedkar," Kejriwal said.
