Assam records 38.92% voter turnout till 11 AM, Kerala sees 33.30%
Assam recorded a voter turnout of 38.92% till 11 AM after voting started at 7 AM on Thursday. Kerala and Puducherry saw a voter turnout of 33.30% and 37% till 11 AM respectively. Kerala has over 2.7 crore voters, while Assam has around 2.5 crore electors and Puducherry over 10 lakh. A total of 722 candidates are contesting in Assam.
