A car with two occupants was found parked in suspicious circumstances behind the Red Fort, police said. One of them, a Pulwama resident, impersonated an NIA official with a forged ID card, and the other was a minor. He allegedly promised the minor boy's family a job in Delhi and took an advance payment before bringing him along, police added.
