PM Narendra Modi has penned a letter to My-Bharat volunteers and youth across the nation on the occasion of National Voters Day. Noting that being a voter is the "greatest privilege and responsibility" in a democracy, he wrote, "I call upon all of you to celebrate when you or a person around you becomes a voter for the first time."
