Rain lashes parts of Delhi-NCR, red alert issued

Rain lashed parts of Delhi-NCR on Friday, bringing relief from humid conditions. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert nowcast for rain in Delhi-NCR until 5 pm. The IMD forecasts light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over northern Delhi in the next hour, followed by another spell of moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms.
