FIFA hands Egypt head coach 3-match ban for criticising refereeing in Argentina WC clash

FIFA has suspended Egypt head coach Hossam Hassan and forward Mostafa Zico for three and five matches, respectively, the Egyptian Football Association said on Monday. The sanctions follow Egypt's 2-3 defeat to Argentina in the World Cup, after which the 60-year-old blamed refereeing errors for his team's last-16 elimination. Zico was banned for insulting the referee in a post-match interview.
