Unauthorised construction at Mumbai's Rustomjee Crown demolished, 100+ luxury flats face action

BMC has begun demolition action against unauthorised construction at Mumbai’s luxury housing project Rustomjee Crown, reportedly affecting 128 flats. Several flats are linked to Maharashtra politicians, bureaucrats and businesspersons. The action followed a complaint alleging that some residents merged common and open spaces near lifts into their apartments.
