Amid a Parliamentary panel recommending "suspension" and not removal of PM, CMs detained for 30 days on serious charges, former External Affairs Minister and Congress leader Salman Khurshid said proposed Bill needs "parliamentary debate". "It is embarrassing if somebody is convicted and is allowed to hold high office," Khurshid said. The Bill aims to stop governments being run from jail.
