While addressing a rally in Kerala’s Puthuppally, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said he looks forward to having a woman chief minister in Kerala. "We want women of Kerala to fulfil their dreams...Whatever they want to do...we want them to succeed," he said. As his remarks drew applause from the crowd, Gandhi said men were not clapping enough for the statement.
