A 40-year-old man named Tejpal was attacked by a tiger that was hiding in his sugarcane field in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri district. Tejpal has sustained deep injuries on his head and face. Other farmers working nearby chased the tiger away. Officials said the tiger that attacked Tejpal was different from the one that killed two persons in the area recently.
