About 118 roads across Uttarakhand have been blocked due to debris and stones, including 22 in Rudraprayag, 21 in Dehradun, 16 in Chamoli, 13 in Nainital and 12 in Pithoragarh. A landslide also blocked the Yamunotri National Highway where a 100-meter stretch was damaged. According to reports, the state recorded an average rain of 52.4 mm in 24 hours.
