IIT Bombay faculty releases statement after professor booked in student's death case

The Faculty Forum of IIT Bombay released a statement after professor Suryanarayana Doolla was booked following student Sahil Wakode's suicide. "We strongly express our solidarity with our colleague, who was discharging his duties in line with institute's Senate-approved academic policies," it said. The forum added it was "absolutely distressed" over the tarnishing of his professional reputation.
