US President Donald Trump signed an executive order banning federal use of paper straws and bringing back plastic straws. On the concerns of plastic straws polluting water bodies, Trump said, "I don't think that plastic is going to affect the shark very much as they're eating, as they're munching their way through the ocean." He said paper straws "don't work".
