You try to kill mosquito with a sword: HC to Maha FDA in Amazon warehouse case
Bombay HC criticised Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s decision to cancel Amazon Retail India's Bhiwandi warehouse food licence. "We need to tell you...in order to implement your policies vigorously, you try to kill a mosquito with a sword," the bench said. FDA had alleged Amazon warehouse was sending expired food into the retail market instead of scientifically destroying it.
