Rajasthan High Court has taken suo motu cognisance of reports that alleged that judges' official residences, schools, colleges, temples, and many other public and private properties in Jodhpur were shown as Waqf properties in the official records. Stating that the revenue records indicated a different position, the High Court has registered a public interest litigation (PIL).
