Delhi has approved a new Start-Up and Incubation Policy with an outlay of over ₹400 crore for the next five years. The scheme will support innovation and entrepreneurship across state universities, government-aided colleges, ITIs and polytechnics. It also offers financial assistance to students and funding to educational institutions for setting up or strengthening incubation centres.
