VK Sasikala, expelled AIADMK leader and close aide of late Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa, on Tuesday floated a new political party and unveiled the party flag. She said that the name of the party will be announced soon. Sasikala added the party will work for "poor" and "downtrodden". Notably, the state will go to polls later this year.
