A video showing a man tied to a window with a stick wedged between his arms and neck in a police station in MP's Betul district surfaced on social media. After the video went viral, the man filed a complaint with the Betul SP, following which a sub-inspector was suspended. He was allegedly detained on suspicion of selling drugs.
