Putin 'is plotting something bad', warns Poland PM

Polish PM Donald Tusk warned that Russia could target countries supporting Ukraine with drone or missile strikes, possibly disguising them as "accidents" to test NATO's response. Tusk alleged that Ukraine's ally Britain could be among Russian President Vladimir Putin's intended targets, adding, "We know he's plotting something bad." He warned the coming autumn and winter may be critical for war.
