Adani Group companies lost more than ₹46,000 crore in market capitalisation after their shares fell following a report from Hindenburg Research alleging fraud. The report claimed that the Adani Group participated in stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme over decades. Adani has termed the report malicious and alleged that it's aimed at damaging the ₹20,000-crore FPO of Adani Enterprises.
