UP CM Yogi Adityanath launches free scooty scheme for women graduates

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath announced the Rani Lakshmibai Scooty Yojana, offering 50,000 free petrol scooters to top women graduates from the 2025-26 batch. Launched at a Lucknow scholarship event, the scheme begins next month. Over ₹148 crore was also transferred via DBT to 4.6 lakh students at the same event.
