After PM Narendra Modi challenged Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik to name districts in state without seeing a paper, the latter criticised him saying, remembering Odisha only during election time would be of no benefit. "You've forgotten about Odia language and music, despite their classical significance...There are so many brave sons in Odisha...Don't any of them deserve Bharat Ratna?" Patnaik added.
