When asked about how cancer altered her relationships with friends and close family members, actress Manisha Koirala said she thought she had multiple friends who would support her during tough times. "That wasn't so...I found myself very lonely...only my immediate family was around me," she said. "I also have a huge [and affluent] Koirala khandaan. Nobody was there," Manisha added.
