Congress leader Pawan Khera said party leader Mani Shankar Aiyar's 'atom bomb' remarks were made "few months back". Aiyar's remarks "have been revived today by BJP in its attempt to deflect attention from PM Narendra Modi's daily goof-ups", Khera said. "Aiyar doesn't speak for the party...Congress disassociates itself completely from and disagrees totally with [Aiyar's remarks]," he added.
