The lawyer appearing for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the Delhi High Court that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will be made an accused in the liquor policy case and a supplementary chargesheet will be filed soon. This is believed to be the first time that a political party will be named as an accused in a case.
