Bibhav Kumar, believed to be Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's close aide, has been accused of assaulting AAP MP Swati Maliwal. Kumar, who had been serving as Kejriwal's personal assistant since 2015, was sacked in April due to a pending case against him. The ED had questioned him in connection with the Delhi excise policy case in April.
