Union Home Minister Amit Shah mocked the previous Congress governments and said then-PM Manmohan Singh stayed silent when bomb blasts took place. "During PM Modi's tenure, India responded to attacks in Uri, Pulwama and Pahalgam with surgical strike, air strike and Operation Sindoor," he added. Amit Shah further said that the Indian armed forces have been modernised under PM Modi.
