How is Trump’s deal with Iran different from Obama-era agreement?

The Obama-era deal required Iran to limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% for 15 years, while Trump's agreement asks Iran to down-blend its stockpile of highly enriched uranium. The Obama deal included IAEA-led inspections of Iran’s nuclear sites, whereas the Trump MoU doesn't have language mandating such inspections. Obama agreement involved six countries, while Trump’s deal was signed by US alone.
