A teacher allegedly died of heart attack after he was made Presiding Officer on election duty in Bihar's Munger. As per local reports, Ounkar Kumar Choudhary had heart issues and had applied for a leave, which was rejected. The leave application purportedly said, "My condition is very serious." It also noted that he had to undergo an operation immediately.
